I’ve tried Facebook ads in many formats. I’ve spent quite a lot of money; several hundreds of dollars in fact to no avail. I have decided to stop trying to use Facebook and to focus on Google AdWords instead.

Hi Pamela — sounds like you gave it a good try and played around with different audiences too. It’s important to try new marketing tactics but it’s also important to recognize when something isn’t working for your business, which you did. Hope AdwWords is working out better for you!

Sorry to hear that, Kim! Did you try different audiences? If you figure out where your target audience hangs out (what blogs they’d frequent, what sites they’d follow on FB) you can often target the fans of those pages and get good results that way.
